Commitment to Quality

ITSI Gilbane implements corporate quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) oversight for all programs and projects. Our QA/QC program and procedures contain all of the elements for conducting continuous construction inspections and ensuring that inspection records are always available for client review. A key program element is the absolute authority of QC personnel to stop work if necessary to enforce all QC plans, policies, and regulations. Our QA/QC program includes a formalized process consisting of audits, inspections, and reviews, through which our management ensures that all activities are being performed at a quality consistent with our contractual obligations.
